Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays in France.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • France: 2–5 business days
  • European Union: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

These are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
